This role is responsible for owning, architecting, and scaling all aspects of Human Capital, HR Operations, Training, Compliance, HR Systems, Culture, and Organizational Design to support aggressive company growth. The Director of Human Resources sits at the executive table and is expected to influence, challenge, and partner with executive leadership to ensure people, systems, and structure remain ahead of the organization’s growth.
