We are seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and execute key people strategies, manage global HR operations, and guide our evolving HR function. You'll work closely with company leadership and department heads to drive initiatives around compensation, career pathing, performance management, and employee experience. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role. We're looking for someone who is both strategic and ready to get involved in day-to-day operations. You'll be the most senior HR professional in the company, partnering directly with our existing HR Manager to evolve our people strategy. Immediate focus areas include leading the 2025 performance review process and compensation planning, supporting our transition to Deel for PEO/EOR and benefits administration, rolling out our stipends and PTO incentives, and building and communicating career frameworks.
