About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Selecting, training and supervising a team of paraprofessional residential staff including Residential Hall managers, Area Coordinators, Community Assistants, and Residence Center Council.
  • Supporting students in crisis and responding to their social and emotional needs.
  • Supervising an on-call team and serving in the on-call rotation.
  • Coordinating responses to follow-up with students in academic difficulty.
  • Directing residence hall programming.
  • Advising student groups or student leaders.
  • Planning and assessment of residence life initiatives.
  • Participating actively as a member of the student life team.
