Requirements

minimum of 10 years of progressive housekeeping experience with prior supervisory responsibility
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required
Associate Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience in the field is required
Must possess a valid and driver's license, where applicable
Demonstrates ability to lead and manage employees
Outstanding communication and problem solving skills, financial acumen and standards appropriate for the operation of a housekeeping operation
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of State and Federal regulations; i.e., OSHA standards
