About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Housekeeping to lead our Housekeeping Department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire Housekeeping Department, including rooms, public areas, front and back of house, and laundry operations.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
Recruit, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure a professional and efficient team.
Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve service quality.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize operational efficiency and cost control.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and enhance overall guest experience.
Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and reports.
