About The Position

Founded in 1967, ImageFIRST® is the largest and only national linen rental and laundry service specializing in the healthcare market. Acquired by private equity firm Calera Capital in 2018, ImageFIRST serves medical facilities nationwide providing linen, patient gowns, scrubs, and more while managing their clients’ linen inventory for cost management. As leaders in infection prevention, they currently own and operate the most HLAC-accredited facilities in the industry. With one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry – 97% – ImageFIRST is dedicated to improving patient satisfaction and making staff happy with our white glove service! We are looking to add a Directors of Hospital Sales to the ImageFIRST organization in Houston, TX.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hospital sales experience including strategic, consultive and complex selling.
  • Minimum of 10 years professional experience in health care.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hospitals and health systems to increase compassion for patients through innovative and cost-effective products and services to improve patient experience, perception, and employee engagement, as an individual contributor in Sales.
  • Achieve regional sales and operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; determine regional sales system improvements and implement changes.
  • Grow a sales pipeline to meet quarterly targets as directed.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
  • Establish common ground and focus on win-win outcomes while gaining concessions and protecting organizational interests.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VP level and above.
