About The Position

Delaware Hospice is actively seeking a full-time Director of Hospice Services. The Director of Hospice Services is responsible for oversight and management of all services within their perspective programs. Responsible for their line of services including clinical oversight, productivity, efficiency, business development and employee development. Supervises Clinical Supervisor, RN/LPNs, and CNAs of their program. Delaware Hospice cares for our staff with the same commitment we have to our patients. Requirements

Registered Nurse, licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or necessary experience required.
Proven ability to motivate staff to achieve goals; ability to problem solve.
Minimum of five years of nursing practice, with demonstrated clinical skills and at least one year in hospice or homecare.
