About The Position

The Director of Healthcare Services is responsible for providing leadership and assistance to teams supporting individuals with disabilities, recognizing and addressing their unique healthcare needs. This position provides direction and supervision to nurses and ensures the provision of excellent health care services. This position will work collaboratively with people at various levels of the organization and outside organizations to address the medical needs of the individuals in adherence with Keystone's mission and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania CRNP licensure
• Three years of work experience in the medical field, preferably working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to pass required background checks and clearances
• Valid driver's license and daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle
