About The Position

The Director is to plan, administer, and direct operation of wellness center, health promotions, rehabilitation services and occupational medicine clinic.

Requirements

• Master's degree in healthcare or business administration preferred.
• A minimum of five years of related clinical and medical fitness experience in health care administration, preferably with a multiservice facility.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation, wellness and occupational medicine programs, services, and evidenced based care practices, procedures, techniques, laws, regulations, and standards required.
• Knowledge of care transition models and disease management and rehabilitation services indications.
• Knowledge of organizational theory and practice, group dynamics, decision making processes, human resource management, financial management, and marketing.

Nice To Haves

• Masters or better in Business Administration.
• Masters or better in Health Administration.
