Requirements
- Current Minnesota RN license in good standing
- 3-5 years’ experience in nurse management
- Proficient with Eldermark Software
Responsibilities
- Responsible for directing, supervising, coordinating, and evaluating the communities clinical services
- Develop and update clinical policies and procedures, as needed
- Ensure staff are appropriately trained, supervised and follow facility procedures
- Maintain excellent quality in clinical services, and ensure that services meet all applicable state requirements
