About The Position
The Fountains at Hosanna is conveniently located in Lakeville adjacent to Hosanna Church. We are less than a mile from Highway I-35 and near County 77. The Fountains offers seniors 92 Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care apartments. The Fountains and their exceptional staff are known for creating a warm, friendly, fun community. This position is responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of the provision of nursing services while ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence. This position is ultimately responsible for 24/7 oversight of nursing operations and care.
Requirements
- Vocational School or
- Training or Associate Degree
- 1 year
- Registered Nurse with the MN Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc, Red Cross or MTN) Upon Hire

Responsibilities
- Oversees Resident Centered Care
- Ensures Clinical Compliance
- Manages nursing department budget
- Provides leadership and general oversight of the nursing department
- Leads and/or Performs Coordination of Resident Care
- Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
