We seeking a Director of Health Services RN. This nursing position is responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of the provision of nursing services while ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence. This position is ultimately responsible for 24/7 oversight of nursing operations and care. As a foundational member of the community, the Director of Health Services will shape a culture defined by teamwork, holistic care, and a shared dedication to meaningful moments and exceptional experiences. You will be supported by a team of Nurses, Regional Nurse, Corporate Education team, Resident Assistants and more.
Full-time, Salaried, Generous Benefits including RN student loan repayment.

Requirements

• Vocational School or
• Training or Associate Degree
• 1 year
• Registered Nurse with the MN Board of Nursing
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc, Red Cross or MTN) Upon Hire

Responsibilities

• Oversees Resident Centered Care
• Ensures Clinical Compliance
• Manages nursing department budget
• Provides leadership and general oversight of the nursing department
• Performs essential functions of any health care team member if required
• Leads and/or Performs Coordination of Resident Care
• Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
