About The Position
The Director of Health and Wellness is responsible for directing the Health and Wellness Program and ensuring that Senior Lifestyle standards and state requirements for resident care are met. This position involves overseeing the delivery of care to Assisted Living residents, coordinating care conferences, managing the clinical budget, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires direct interaction with residents, families, and staff to ensure that emotional, physical, psychological, and safety needs are met through all program services and activities.
