About The Position
The Director of Health and Wellness is responsible for directing the Health and Wellness Program and ensuring that Senior Lifestyle standards and state requirements for resident care are met. This position involves overseeing the delivery of care to Assisted Living residents, ensuring that their emotional, physical, psychological, and safety needs are met through all program services and activities. The Director will coordinate family/resident care conferences and serve as a liaison between residents, families, and staff, while managing labor costs, supplies, and the clinical budget. Additionally, the Director will monitor documentation systems for regulatory compliance and assess potential residents for Assisted Living level of care. This role requires 24/7 on-call clinical support and the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
