About The Position
The Director of Health and Wellness is responsible for directing the Health and Wellness Program and ensuring that Senior Lifestyle standards and state requirements for resident care are met. This position involves overseeing the delivery of care to Assisted Living residents, coordinating family/resident care conferences, managing the clinical budget, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Director will also assess potential residents for Assisted Living level of care and provide training programs for staff.
