Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 8–12+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in chemical, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership of Process Safety Management (PSM) programs.
  • Experience with PHA / HAZOP oversight or facilitation.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable environmental and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to influence executive leaders and operational decision‑makers.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent.
  • Direct experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.
  • Multi‑site or global manufacturing oversight.
  • Experience supporting customer EHS audits and ESG reporting.
  • M&A, greenfield startup, or high‑hazard process implementation experience.
