Requirements

  • 4–6 years in HCM sales consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets; President’s Clubs, Annual Conference, etc required.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development Own your success—identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market insights.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and target high-potential industries.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new prospects and opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Mastery Build deep, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their goals and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Shine during presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure contracts and long-term partnerships.
  • Be the trusted advisor clients turn to for insights, strategies, and solutions that achieve their business goals.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution Partner with the CRO to shape and refine sales strategies that align with bold company objectives.
  • Crush individual and team sales targets while contributing to record-breaking revenue growth.
  • Craft compelling proposals and close deals that highlight the unique value we bring to our clients.
  • Market Expertise & Insights Stay ahead of the game by keeping a pulse on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts.
  • Leverage data to make smart decisions, adapt strategies, and maintain your edge.
  • Provide the CRO with forecasts, performance updates, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork Work hand-in-hand with our consultants to deliver seamless, unforgettable client experiences.
  • Share market insights with internal teams to drive innovation and enhance our solutions.
  • Contribute your expertise during team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs.
  • Networking & Brand Building Represent PEPL at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to elevate our brand and generate leads.
  • Use social media and professional networks to connect with potential clients and partners.
