About The Position

The Director of Growth Strategy is a leadership role focused on optimizing multi-channel strategies to enhance brand growth and customer acquisition. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive efficiency across various marketing channels while leading a cross-functional team. The role involves collaboration with internal and external partners to implement effective marketing initiatives and achieve business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at a fast-growing company in a similar role.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, with a balance of quantitative and qualitative skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to distill complex data into simple, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A passion for creativity and a love for social gatherings and events.

Responsibilities

• Establish, own, and execute multi-channel growth strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design and manage new customer acquisition and retention initiatives across social media, email/SMS, paid search, affiliate marketing, media placements, and more.
• Adapt and optimize strategies as needed.
• Set goals, monitor, and benchmark key metrics like CAC, AOV, and ROAS.
• Allocate and manage marketing budgets and monitor spending efficiency in collaboration with the CEO and finance team.
• Lead and oversee product's digital updates, including product launches, new programs, market expansion, and brand partnerships.
• Recruit, train, and manage internal and external partners (analytics, comms, partnerships, CX, etc.).
• Collaborate with the PR team and CEO to ensure visibility and alignment across all marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Share market insights and growth best practices, providing the team with data to make informed strategic decisions.
