About The Position
We are hiring a dynamic and commercially-minded Director of Growth to lead the go-to-market strategy for our Accountants Program, with a focus on outsourced accounting products supporting Client Accounting Services (CAS) practices. This role will be pivotal in expanding Sage's footprint within the accounting ecosystem by enabling firms to grow through technology, automation, and scalable service offerings. This role is being created to address a critical growth opportunity within our accountant channel—specifically the increasing demand for outsourced solutions among firms serving nonprofit, professional services, and small business clients. As the market shifts rapidly toward CAS models, we require a dedicated leader to design and operationalize growth strategy, build a supporting team, and ensure that our go-to-market motion aligns with the evolving needs of modern accounting firms.
