As we expand nationally, Rep-Lite is seeking a Director of Growth & Partnerships to lead new business development initiatives, establish strategic partnerships, and drive long-term, scalable revenue growth. This is a senior-level, individual-contributor role with high visibility and direct impact on company performance. The Director of Growth & Partnerships is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building and managing strategic partnerships that expand Rep-Lite’s market presence. This role will work cross-functionally with leadership, recruiting, delivery, and marketing teams to execute go-to-market strategies, grow key accounts, and support sustained revenue growth. This position requires a proven background in staffing or workforce solutions sales, strong enterprise-level relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
