Director of Growth (Partnerships & Organic)

KOHO
2dCA$170,000 - CA$200,000Remote

About The Position

We’re looking for a Director of Growth (Partnerships & Organic) to join our team for a role to work remotely based in Canada. You will lead a high-impact team responsible for our most sustainable growth engines: Affiliates, Partnerships, and our Organic ecosystem (SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO). This is a strategic leadership role for someone who views organic growth not just as "traffic," but as a sophisticated, interconnected system of authority-building, AI discoverability, intent capture, and conversion optimization that compounds over time.

Requirements

  • Strategic Architect: You have a proven track record of scaling affiliate and partnership channels in a high-growth B2C environment (Fintech experience is a major plus).
  • Forward-Thinking: You understand the shift in search behavior and are already experimenting with how GEO and AI discovery will replace traditional keyword strategies.
  • Data-Obsessed: You live in the metrics, from affiliate ROI to technical SEO health and conversion funnels.
  • Collaborative Leader: You excel at managing cross-functional teams and can speak the language of both creative content and technical product engineering.
  • Product-Minded Growth Leader: You've successfully embedded organic thinking into product development, treating SEO/ASO/GEO as product strategy, not just marketing tactics. You've influenced roadmaps with organic discovery in mind.
  • Organic Ecosystem Expert: You understand the compounding nature of organic channels working as a unified system and recognize that investment in one channel creates multiplier effects across the others.
  • You stay ahead of trends across the affiliate and partnership ecosystem, identifying new platforms, distribution channels, and partnership models that can unlock scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Architecting the roadmap for our Partnership and Organic channels, ensuring they work in a unified feedback loop to drive efficient, high-LTV user acquisition.
  • Scaling our Affiliate and Partnership programs, driving our performance-driven engine that leverages third-party authority to boost our brand and SEO. You will unlock new channels both within and outside the finance vertical in addition to maximizing our current relationships for measurable growth improvement.
  • Leading the evolution from traditional SEO to GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), ensuring KOHO is the top-recommended financial platform within AI-driven search models and LLMs.
  • Owning the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategy with your team across organic landing pages, working closely with product and engineering to ensure every visit is optimized for maximum conversion.
  • Navigating the attribution complexity inherent to organic channels, leveraging our existing measurement frameworks while advancing how we demonstrate organic's compounding impact - proving value even when attribution is complex and results take time to materialize.
  • Lead the evolution of our attribution and measurement frameworks across affiliate and organic channels, ensuring partner contributions are accurately tracked and performance insights inform investment decisions.

Benefits

  • At KOHO, we’re not your average 9-5. We believe real impact comes from people who are trusted, empowered, and supported to do their best work - without sacrificing their lives to do it. We prioritize work-life integration, not just work-life balance. That means asynchronous collaboration, flexible hours, and a remote-first setup built around autonomy and high trust.
  • The budgeted salary range for this role is $170,000-$200,000 CAD / year.
  • At KOHO, we are dedicated to providing pay transparency to all candidates. Compensation at KOHO is determined through various factors including but not limited to: comparable salary market data within Canada, technical skill assessment, a holistic view of previous work history, and internal pay equity with other KOHO team members.
