You’ll own a large annual budget, lead a talented team, and design the creative and audience strategies that will redefine lead generation in 2026. You’ll lead our Paid Social Advertising programs with a focus on customer acquisition and high-quality B2C lead generation for home services (e.g., home remodeling, roofing, window replacement). You’ll set the vision and direction for your team - mentoring and coaching to create a culture of continuous improvement; challenging the status quo, testing new ideas, learning from results, leading the integration of AI tools into our workflows, and iterating to drive meaningful improvements.
