About The Position

Our client, a rapidly scaling AI advisory and implementation firm, is seeking a Director of Growth & Brand to build and lead its marketing function from the ground up. This is a highly strategic and visible leadership role reporting closely to the executive team. The right candidate will shape how the market understands practical AI implementation, elevate the firms national reputation, and drive measurable pipeline growth through a sophisticated, premium brand presence. • Exceptional written communication skills suited for executive and operator audiences.
  • Experience with modern marketing platforms (e.g., CRM automation tools, CMS platforms, LinkedIn Ads, analytics tools, SEO software).
  • Proven ability to manage external agencies, contractors, and creative partners.
