About The Position

We are building something big — and we are looking for a true growth leader to help drive it. Our mission is simple: build the most dominant real estate organization in the Charleston market. To do that, we are creating a dedicated Growth & Recruiting Department led by someone who thrives on people, energy, leadership, and building systems that scale. This is not a passive recruiting role. This is not traditional HR. This is a high‑impact leadership position for someone who wants to influence the future of a company and the careers of high‑performing agents. The Opportunity You will own the strategy and execution behind attracting, recruiting, and developing agents inside our organization — with a clear goal of 60 new agents per year (15 per quarter) who align with our culture and production standards. You won’t just recruit. You will build the recruiting machine , refine the playbook, partner with marketing to attract talent, and help elevate top performers into our highest level — Tier 1. As agents you recruit grow into Tier 1, you will step into a leadership role — coaching, motivating, holding accountability, and helping them reach their highest potential. Requirements

  • Extraordinary people and communication skills
  • Leadership, management, and accountability experience
  • Recruiting, sales, or business consulting background
  • Strong planning, goal setting, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to balance strategy with execution

  • Real estate industry knowledge preferred
  • Experience influencing or recruiting high-performing professionals

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the recruiting department from the ground up
  • Design systems, funnels, and KPIs that drive consistent hiring success
  • Attract, consult, and recruit productive agents through relationship building and business consulting
  • Host recruiting appointments, events, and market-facing conversations
  • Partner with marketing to create videos, branding, and recruiting campaigns
  • Represent and protect team culture publicly and internally
  • Lead and hold accountability with high-performing agents you recruit
  • Encourage and motivate agents to elevate into Tier 1 production
  • Conduct regular growth conversations and performance check-ins
  • Consult agents on business strategy, productivity, and profitability
  • Create the recruiting playbook and continuously refine it
  • Research competitors and adjust recruiting strategies to win in the Charleston market
  • Help leadership forecast growth and hiring needs
  • Build scalable systems that future recruiters can follow
