Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales focused on HR / Benefits / Healthcare buyers in employers and other medium and large groups
  • Outstanding track record of exceeding customer and revenue growth targets
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, forecast, and close sales
  • Superb customer empathy
  • Desire to win

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to identify companies and groups that could benefit from the Grand Rounds solution
  • Proactively reach out to leaders in those organizations and build strong relationships based on a thorough understanding of their needs
  • Identify decision makers and influencers in the organization, and ensure that their needs are met
  • Design and deliver materials that compellingly articulate the Grand Rounds value proposition
  • Shape the business terms that will define the large, multi-year economic relationships between Grand Rounds and the customer
  • Create the urgency at the customer to close deals and implement Grand Rounds
  • Leave customers feeling delighted after every interaction
