About The Position
The Director of Grants and Sponsored Programs is responsible for researching, acquiring, and monitoring grants from public and private sources to help the College to achieve its strategic goals. The Director cultivates a culture of grant development and management within the college by educating college leadership and the broader campus community about current and prospective grants and their potential and by engaging colleagues in various aspects of the grant-seeking process. The Director leads effective grant planning and management activities to ensure strategic, data-driven, and compliant proposals. As leader of the Grants and Sponsored Programs Department, the Director supervises department employees and develops and monitors annual department work plans and budgets. The Director oversees the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and ways of work that help ensure the college's compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and funder requirements.
