The Senior Director of Governance and Delivery at Optum Bank plays an important role in overseeing the initiative intake process for the organization, ensuring that projects are evaluated, prioritized, and managed effectively from start to finish. This position will be accountable for driving the successful project management and delivery of multiple strategic projects, while continuously advancing the organization's project delivery framework to support long-term growth and operational excellence. In addition to leading project execution, the Director contributes to the development and refinement of governance materials for board and management committee meetings, promoting robust oversight and transparent communication at the highest levels. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, this role is instrumental in facilitating efficient business operations, maintaining strict compliance standards, minimizing organizational risk, and embedding best-in-class project management practices throughout the organization. The Director collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives, optimize resource allocation, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
