About The Position

The Head of Global Supply Chain Management will serve as the strategic leader for supply chain operations within the ISS business unit, while shaping best practices that will scale across the entire global organization. In this high-impact role, you will define and execute strategies for sourcing, supplier partnerships, logistics, and materials management that not only strengthen the site performance but also sets the standard for supply chain excellence worldwide. You will ensure seamless, reliable, and cost-effective flow of materials and products, enabling the business to consistently deliver on customer expectations. You will lead initiatives in supplier development, innovation, and risk management to ensure resilience, sustainability, and competitive advantage. Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a global manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex supply chain organizations across multiple regions.
  • Deep experience in supplier development, strategic sourcing, and building long-term supplier partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in driving supply chain transformation, digitalization, and process standardization across global operations.
  • Strong background in logistics, trade compliance, and navigating international regulations (import/export, tariffs, export controls).
  • Experience managing risk and building resilient supply chains, including business continuity planning.
  • Expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, etc.) and supply chain visibility platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sustainability initiatives and integrate ESG considerations into supply chain strategies.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, ISM CPSM, Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Set and lead supply chain strategy for the business unit, covering sourcing, supplier partnerships, logistics, and materials management.
  • Develop scalable frameworks and best practices to be rolled out across all business units globally.
  • Build and strengthen supplier relationships to evolve from transactional buying to long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Lead supplier development initiatives focused on improving quality, cost competitiveness, delivery performance, and sustainability.
  • Drive co-innovation with suppliers to introduce new technologies, materials, and processes that create competitive advantage.
  • Optimize global sourcing strategies to balance cost, risk, and resilience across the supply base.
  • Oversee logistics and distribution networks to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective flow of materials and products.
  • Champion compliance and sustainability across supplier operations, contracts, and trade regulations.
  • Leverage digital tools and analytics to improve visibility, supplier performance monitoring, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global leaders to align supply chain strategies with business growth, new product introductions, and capacity expansion.
  • Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing supply chain teams within the BU, while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the enterprise.
  • Serve as a global thought leader to influence enterprise-wide supply chain strategy and continuous improvement.
