About The Position

Omega Medical Imaging is seeking a world-class Director of Global Sales & Marketing – Interventional GI, a true entrepreneurial rainmaker – to lead our charge against the industry giants in Interventional Endoscopic Imaging. This is your opportunity to join the pioneering team shaping the future of radiation safety in GI. You will evangelize our life-saving technology to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and channel partners worldwide, break through legacy purchasing agreements and risk-averse buying patterns, and lead, build, and scale a high-performance global sales and marketing team. Your mission is to drive adoption of a technology that is fast becoming the gold standard in radiation safety and to change the standard of care globally.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in closing and growing major capital equipment deals in Interventional GI or a related field.
  • Ability to sell direct, consultatively, and strategically.
  • Experience in attracting top talent, inspiring teams, and developing channel partnerships that scale globally.
  • Familiarity with the Sandler sales process and ability to navigate complex, high-stakes sales cycles.
  • Expertise in reading, understanding, negotiating, and executing sophisticated agreements.
  • Demonstrated track record of year-over-year sales growth and market share capture.

Responsibilities

  • Personally drive major deals and set the bar for excellence.
  • Develop and execute go-to market strategies to dominate the North American Interventional GI market and spearhead international expansion.
  • Nurture and expand KOL relationships, transforming early adopters into vocal champions and global reference sites.
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor a world-class team of sales, marketing, and channel professionals.
  • Provide direct field feedback to influence product roadmap, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Meet and exceed aggressive growth and profitability targets.
  • Serve as the face and voice of Omega’s vision for radiation safety worldwide.
