Nebius is seeking a Director of Global Sales Compensation Strategy to lead and oversee global compensation programs for our Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships teams. This person will drive the strategy, design, and governance of incentive plans that align pay with performance, support revenue growth, and scale with our business. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Finance, GTM Ops, and GTM executives to develop data-driven programs that are motivational, cost-effective, and compliant. You are welcome to work remotely from the US (East Coast preferred).
