The Director of Global Operations & Supply Chain will be the operational leader for the company, responsible for creating and implementing strategies that optimize supply chain and manufacturing processes. With approximately 85% of the company's products manufactured in-house across facilities in North America and China, this role demands a leader with deep expertise in both manufacturing and supply chain management. By focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability, this position ensures alignment with business goals and long-term strategic plans. Significant travel will be required to oversee global operations and drive initiatives.
