About The Position
The role needs to be focused on Customer Design wins. The success of this role is to partner with sales and achieve design wins, deliver customer satisfaction, observe and deploy technical market trends and competitive solutions. They must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership, technical expertise and program manage all supporting functions to deliver the technical solution. Towards this, the incumbent needs to build a team of highly competent FAEs who can deliver solutions by handholding customers at site and remotely. Finally, build a process to scale FAE competence across the globe.
