About The Position

In this position as Director of Fundraising, Corporate, In-Kind, Planned Giving, you will lead The Family Place's strategy for corporate partnerships and in-kind giving — two revenue streams that together expand our capacity to serve survivors and strengthen the resources available across our programs. You'll develop and execute a corporate fundraising strategy that grows partnerships from initial prospect to long-term commitments, while ensuring that in-kind donations are aligned with real organizational needs and thoughtfully managed from solicitation through distribution. Collaboration is central to this role — you'll work across departments to match what partners can offer with what our programs actually need, making the connections that turn goodwill into meaningful impact. If you're a relationship builder who can move between big-picture strategy and the details of managing a partnership pipeline, and who finds satisfaction in building the kind of corporate relationships that last well beyond a single gift or donation drive, this role is built for you.
