Requirements

  • Proven success in collaborating with colleagues across departments.
  • Must be a motivational leader and effective communicator.
  • Basic knowledge of financial processes.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Front Office Operations for a luxury hotel.

  • Conduct department meetings and communicate clear performance expectations.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities for guest service agents, bell attendants, and concierge.
  • Review staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs.
  • Manage department controllable expenses to achieve budget goals.
  • Address guest concerns effectively and improve service quality.
  • Identify developmental needs through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Recruit managers and hourly team members.
