About The Position

The Front Desk Manager is a member of the property Management Team. This role is responsible for assisting in the overall management of Front Office Operations, including coaching to the Front Office staff, responding to guest needs and upholding the Guest Service Principles in all matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4-6 years’ related experience
  • 3+ years management experience

Responsibilities

  • Trains and develops front desk staff
  • Strategically works with the Rev-Max team to manage room inventory and maximize revenue through strategic allocation and up-selling initiatives.
  • Oversees transactions, billing and rate management
  • Interacts with other departments to meet guest needs
  • Ensures guest satisfaction and address concerns when needed
