Requirements

  • A minimum of three to five years of previous hotel management experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and analyze data
  • Must have intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Luxury experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create, implement and execute department training, recruiting and innovative pre-shift meetings
  • Manage associate engagement, scheduling, payroll, performance management, and monthly department meetings
  • Review daily financial and labor reports, adjusting the operation as needed to achieve annual budget and forecasts
  • Oversee the arrival and departure experience, ensuring guests expectations are exceeded at all times
  • Lead by example; support the department operation and provide direct service to guests as needed
  • Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs
