About The Position

US Orthopaedic Partners (USOP) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Front-End Revenue Cycle to lead enterprise-wide front-end RCM operations across multiple practices. This role will oversee: Eligibility & Benefits Verification Prior Authorization Patient Cost Estimation Financial Counseling Point-of-Service Collections RCM-related Customer Service The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with experience driving process standardization, building scalable SOPs, leading change, and delivering measurable financial outcomes. This position is critical to: Improving cash flow predictability Reducing denials and downstream AR burden Enhancing patient financial transparency Standardizing enterprise RCM infrastructure Supporting private equity value creation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive RCM leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of eligibility, prior authorization, patient estimations, and collections
• Experience in multi-site healthcare environments preferred
• Strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and standardize front-end RCM operations across all practices
• Develop and implement SOPs for eligibility, authorizations, estimations, and collections
• Improve clean claim rate and reduce front-end denials
• Enhance POS collections and patient financial engagement
• Build performance dashboards and monitor KPIs
• Partner with operations, providers, and vendors to drive efficiency and accountability
• Lead organizational change initiatives to consolidate and optimize workflows
