About The Position
MongoDB is growing and adding a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead a team of finance professionals. You will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing aspects of key business decisions, product strategy, and resource allocation. The Director is expected to make significant contributions to the success of MongoDB by enabling executives and team leaders to make better decisions and will work closely with them to evaluate, plan, execute, and measure strategic business initiatives. This new position requires an adaptable self-starter who is able to work comfortably and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organization, progress tasks from start to finish, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment. This role has the option to be remote, hybrid, or in-office in NYC. We are seeking candidates who plan to be available in our NYC office for approximately 2-3 days per week for the hybrid model or are able to travel once a quarter if remote.
