Responsible for the organization, management and daily operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with the State Department of Health regulations, local regulations and Bristal policies. Must be able to supervise and instruct the staff in policies and procedures under guidance of Vice President of Food and Beverage and as directed by the Executive Director, with minimal supervision. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9-5:30PM
