About The Position
The Director of Food Service is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire food service operation within convenience stores, including the Shelby Bakery. This leadership role focuses on driving sales growth, achieving profit and loss goals, and ensuring cost control objectives are met. The Director will work closely with field teams to ensure proper training of food managers and adherence to company standards across all food service areas.
