Requirements

  • 5+ years of foodservice leadership experience
  • Healthcare or hospital experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, financial, and operational skills
  • Experience managing teams in high-volume environments
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead all Food & Nutrition operations including patient services, retail, and catering
  • Drive patient satisfaction through meal accuracy, hospitality, and service excellence
  • Manage budgets, labor, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop managers and frontline associates
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • Partner with hospital leadership to improve service and operational results
  • Grow retail sales through promotions and innovation
