Job Summary Job Title: Director of Food & Nutrition ServicesLocation: Duluth, GAFacility: Northside Hospital Duluth Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Director of Food & Nutrition Services to lead dining operations at Northside Hospital Duluth. This role oversees patient dining, retail, catering, financial performance, and team leadership in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Requirements

5+ years of foodservice leadership experience
Healthcare or hospital experience preferred
Strong leadership, financial, and operational skills
Experience managing teams in high-volume environments
Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Responsibilities

Lead all Food & Nutrition operations including patient services, retail, and catering
Drive patient satisfaction through meal accuracy, hospitality, and service excellence
Manage budgets, labor, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls
Hire, train, coach, and develop managers and frontline associates
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
Partner with hospital leadership to improve service and operational results
Grow retail sales through promotions and innovation
