About The Position
As the Food and Beverage Director at Springdale Golf Club, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. This full-time position requires a passionate individual who is dedicated to hospitality and customer service. You will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, both front-of-house and back-of-house, ensuring that our service standards are met and exceeded. Your responsibilities will include managing the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef, recruiting and training staff, and implementing company initiatives to enhance the dining experience. You will also be involved in business planning, menu design, inventory management, and conducting operational audits to maintain high standards of service and quality. In this role, you will be expected to maintain cost controls and conduct monthly inventories to ensure profitability. You will coordinate between various departments, including sales and service, to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in promoting the club's dining facilities for events such as weddings and private banquets. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, as this position requires availability to work weekends and holidays. You will also be responsible for monitoring labor and expenses, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
