About The Position

Silver Creek Valley Country Club, a premier private club managed by Troon, is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate all food and beverage operations across the Club. The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing all dining outlets, banquets, events, and ensuring culinary service standards are met. This leader will partner closely with the General Manager/COO and executive leadership team to deliver exceptional member experiences while maintaining fiscal discipline, operational excellence, and a positive service culture. Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Director of Food & Beverage
  • Proven leadership in high-volume, member-focused food and beverage operations
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost controls, and P&L management
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership, service standards, and member satisfaction
