About The Position

The Director of Food and Beverage will lead, guide, and train Associates in the food and beverage department, ensuring management presence during each shift to support the team. This role involves establishing, directing, and reviewing performance standards in food preparation, purchasing, and production to achieve effective, controlled, and coordinated efforts. The Director will also schedule, evaluate, and direct the food and beverage team, providing coaching and counseling as necessary. Key responsibilities include ensuring inventory, supplies, and materials are available for Associates, monitoring and coordinating cleanliness and organization in food and beverage areas, and maintaining compliance with all applicable state and local laws regarding food and safety. Additionally, the Director will establish, direct, and review liquor procedures to ensure adequate security and accountability.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Food and Beverage leadership role with proven record of success.
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations as it relates to food and liquor, ensuring food and beverage staff have all been trained in responsible alcohol service.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
  • Flexible to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
