About The Position
The Director of Fleet is a highly experienced and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing and managing our fleet operations across multiple states. This role demands a proactive leader who is comfortable working directly with all levels of the fleet function, from strategic oversight to day-to-day operational involvement. The Director will maintain and manage the relationship with our Fleet Management Company while overseeing a team responsible for approximately 2,000 vehicles, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
