Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Fitness & Rehabilitation Services position. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the Rehabilitation and Fitness Departments to include staff utilization, budgetary responsibility, internal marketing, support of well-being programs, departmental and regulatory compliance, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology)
  • For SLP candidates, an active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) is required
  • Minimum of three years' direct patient care experience
  • Minimum of one year' management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing

  • Master's degree is preferred
