About The Position
The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will lead the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis functions for the organization. This role is responsible for providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, driving the budgeting process, and ensuring the financial health of the company. The Director of FP&A will oversee a team of financial analysts and managers, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and will play a key role in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with modern planning tools, implementing process improvements within the FP&A function and streamlining workflows for an improved stakeholder experience.
