Join Vanguard as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Technology, where you'll lead the transformation of our finance capabilities through innovative technology, data analytics, and AI!   • Hire, evaluate, and mentor a high-performing technology team dedicated to FP&A.
  • Work hand-in-hand with FP&A leadership and senior finance executives to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • Oversee the modernization and optimization of FP&A systems, implementing best practices and using emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics.
  • Build strong relationships with senior management and finance partners, serving as a trusted advisor and effective communicator.
  • Define and implement the technology strategy and roadmap for FP&A, prioritizing projects that deliver measurable improvements.
  • Champion adoption of new systems and processes, supporting FP&A teams through transformation.
  • Advance the use of data and analytics to enhance FP&A's ability to provide timely, accurate financial insights.
  • Promote standard methodologies and proactively review systems to ensure ongoing optimization.
  • Play a critical role in finance business planning and prioritization, ensuring technology supports organizational objectives.
  • Lead and contribute to high-impact FP&A technology projects as needed.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years' related work experience, including at least three years managing innovation and transformation within FP&A or finance technology.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through change and deliver technology solutions for finance functions.
  • Success partnering with senior finance management and FP&A to drive process and systems improvements.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with a strategic approach and passion for technology-enabled transformation.
  • Technical understanding of Oracle EPM with history of optimization and sustained innovation.
  • Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
