About The Position
The Director of Financial Intelligence is responsible for overseeing the financial crime and fraud risk management practices of the organization, with a specific focus on protecting sensitive financial data and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The position works closely with executive leadership, IT teams, and other stakeholders to develop and implement robust financial crime and fraud prevention strategies and protocols. The role reports identified risks, mitigation recommendations, and status updates to the designated committee of the Board of Directors (the "Board") for HomeTrust Bancshares and HomeTrust Bank (the "Corporation"). There is a level of independence and proactive management expected to identify emerging risks that may create exposure to the Corporation or have an impact on the achievement of the Corporation's strategic plan.
