About The Position
The director of financial aid serves as the college's chief administrator for the delivery of student financial aid services. This position provides leadership, management and strategic direction for student financial aid programs, directs delivery of financial aid services to students, and ensures compliance with federal, state and college rules and regulations. The director is responsible for ensuring the financial aid process is student focused and that all students receive high quality and comprehensive financial aid services. The director provides leadership and management to the financial aid office staff. This position reports to the dean of strategic enrollment & student success and works collaboratively with other members within student services and departments' campus wide.
